Welcome to our Support area. We are dedicated to providing thorough support to
ALL of our customers. In this vein, there are three support options available to you: the Knowledge
Base, No Cost Support, and Per Incident Support.
Our Knowledge Base
is available to all customers regardless of product or purchase date, and is availabe here at our
website for you to search. You simply select the product or service, type in the word or phrase to
search for, and click Go. All matches will be displayed.
The No Cost Support program is available to customers who have
purchased their Belmark product or service within one calendar year. You can contact
Belmark support with your issue by using the support request form, and we will respond to
you within one business day of submittal.
If your product or service was purchased more than one calendar
year ago, and you need support, we offer a Per Incident service. The per incident rates
are inexpensive and we will follow the issue through to its conclusion. You can contact
Belmark support for the Per Incident service through the support request form as well.
These requests will be responded to within one business day of submittal.
