Personal Information |

We here at Belmark Corporation keep all customer information in-house.
We do not sell, disseminate, or make available to anyone outside of Belmark Corporation ANY customer information without
that particular customer's consent first. At present, we are not affiliated with any other businesses and therefore
manage this information completely on our own. If for some reason an external business does request customer information,
the customers involved will be notified in writing and no action will be taken until a response is received. In the
future event that we do enter into any kind of association with another business an anouncement will be made here
on the website and possibly through other media. At that time a review of the policies and procedures
of the associated business(es) will be made and all existing customers contacted if these policies are
not in-line with our own and/or a request is made by them to have access to Belmark's customer data.

Information Security |

At present,
we here at Belmark do not keep ANY customer information on our server longer than two
business days. We do this to keep our customer information as secure as possible. The only
information that resides on our server at any time is data entered through our Contact Us
form. This data is downloaded to our own database where it is managed from that point on.
Any customer information given to Belmark through other means (phone, mail, etc...) is
NEVER stored on our web server. If at some point in the future we decide to provide login
functionality to our customers, or for any other reason plan to store customer data on our
web server in a way different than explained above, there will be announcements made here
on our site and possibly through other media. No existing customer data will be stored in
this new manner on the server without consent from that customer. NOTE: It is possible for
others to view any information sent to us via the Internet. We take measures to prevent
this and secure all customer data.

times, this data is stored without your consent or knowledge. Belmark Corporation does not
use cookies in any way. If at any time in the future we begin using cookies, all visitors
to our site will be notified with messages on our home page so that visitors are aware of
this from the very beginning. Cookies can be used to provide customers better service by
"knowing" what interests a particular customer. However, cookies can be used in
a way that a customer may feel is not appropriate. At present, Belmark Corporation does
not intend, now or in the future, on using cookies.
